§ 32.04 CIRCUIT CLERK FEES.

   (A)   The County Board hereby establishes the various fee rates for the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the county, as set forth in Appendices A and B following this chapter.

   (B)   Appendix B sets forth the minimum and maximum fees statutorily allowed and the County Board members increase these fees to the maximum fee allowed per statute (705 ILCS 105/27.1a).
