(A) Any person, firm or corporation who constructs any improvements or portion thereof in violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be, upon conviction, fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense, and each day of the continued violation shall constitute a separate additional violation.
(B) Any person who shall sell or offer for sale, lease or offer for lease, while this chapter is in effect, any lot or block or blocks, within the area of jurisdiction of the county, or any re-subdivision of any block or lot therein, before all of the requirements of this chapter have been complied with, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each lot, block or part thereof so sold, offered for sale, leased or offered for lease.
(C) The county shall have all other rights and remedies as provided by the statutes of the state including, but not limited to, injunctive relief.
