§ 152.072  INSPECTION.
   As applicable, public improvements to be made under the provisions of this chapter shall be inspected during the course of construction by the County Engineer or County Health Department. The subdivider shall pay the compensation for such inspection and other costs incurred in connection with such inspection to the County in the amount of $100 per inspection. The County Engineer will not in any way be a substitute for the subdivider’s resident engineer and inspector.
