(A) Pursuant to 705 ILCS 310/1 et seq., the County Board hereby adopts and re-adopts the jury commission system for the county, and hereby affirms, ratifies, and confirms the jury commission system now existing and in operation in the county.
(B) The County Board hereby directs that jury commissioners be appointed by the circuit judges of the judicial circuit of which the county is a part, in the manner provided by law.
(C) The salary and compensation heretofore established and set by the County Board for the clerk of the jury commission and for the jury commissioners, and appropriations approved for the jury commission are hereby confirmed, ratified and approved.
