(A) Minor subdivisions are required to follow the same procedures and adhere to the requirements of this chapter, with the following exceptions:
(1) Preliminary plat procedures as defined in § 152.021 are not required;
(2) Improvement plan procedures may be waived by the County Engineer as defined in § 152.029; and
(3) Fourteen copies of the final plat documents, as defined in § 152.032, must be submitted.
(B) All references in this chapter relating to minor subdivisions shall require all appropriate signatories similar to those required for preliminary plat approval.
