§ 152.036  COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT REVIEW (FINAL PLAT).
   The County Health Department shall review the final plat and associated documents submitted by the Plat Officer and shall return the application to the Plat Officer along with any written comments within 15 calendar days of receipt.
