§ 152.035  COUNTY SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT REVIEW (FINAL PLAT).
   The County Soil and Water Conservation District may review the final plat and associated documents submitted to the Plat Officer and shall return the application to the Plat Officer along with any written comments within 15 calendar days of receipt.
