§ 152.028  COUNTY BOARD REVIEW AND ACTION (PRELIMINARY PLAT).
   (A)   The County Board shall at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting review the proposed subdivision and determine whether the preliminary plat, along with the recommendation from the Subdivision and Planning Committee, shall be approved as submitted, shall be approved subject to certain conditions or modifications, or shall be disapproved.
   (B)   If the preliminary plat is disapproved, the County Board shall furnish within 30 calendar days a written statement to the applicant specifying the reasons for disapproval and the corrective action needed to be taken to obtain approval.
   (C)   If the preliminary plat is approved conditionally, the County Board shall furnish one copy of the endorsed preliminary plat and a written statement within 30 calendar days, outlining the conditions which need to be disposed of prior to submittal of the final plat, to the applicant.
   (D)   If the preliminary plat is approved, the County Board shall furnish one copy of the endorsed preliminary plat within 30 calendar days to the applicant.
