The County Clerk shall review the preliminary plat and associated documents submitted to him or her by the Plat Officer and shall return a copy of the application to the Plat Officer along with a statement in writing to the effect that there are no unpaid taxes found for the parcel shown on the preliminary plat. Said statement and application shall be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt.
