§ 152.025  COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT REVIEW (PRELIMINARY PLAT).
   The County Health Department shall review the preliminary plat and associated documents submitted to them by the Plat Officer and shall return a copy of the application to the Plat Officer along with any comments in writing within 15 calendar days of receipt.
