§ 152.024  COUNTY SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT REVIEW (PRELIMINARY PLAT).
   The County Soil and Water Conservation District may review the preliminary plat and associated documents submitted to them by the Plat Officer and shall return a copy of the application to the Plat Officer along with any comments in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt. A fee may be required by the Soil and Water Conservation District.
