§ 152.023  COUNTY ENGINEER’S REVIEW (PRELIMINARY PLAT).
   The County Engineer shall review the preliminary plat and associated documents submitted to him or her by the Plat Officer and shall return a copy of the application to the Plat Officer along with any comments in writing within 15 calendar days of receipt.
