(A) The county shall enforce fair housing standards that comply with and/or in accordance with the Fair Housing Rules and Regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban Development of the United States.
(B) The county hereby adopts by reference, the Rules and Regulations regarding Fair Housing issued by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
(C) The county has caused to be posted, in the offices of the County Clerk and at other places in the County Courthouse, notices and fair housing posters advising the public of the fair housing standards to be enforced in the county.
(D) Complaint forms and booklets have been made available to the public and will remain on file in the office of the County Clerk for the benefit of the public and the County Clerk shall provide any member of the public complaining of fair housing sufficient complaint forms to complete the process of such complaints.
