The initial term of office for each member shall be as follows: one member for a one-year term; two members for two-year terms and two members for three-year terms. When these members are to be re-appointed, they will each serve three-year terms. Straws will be drawn to determine the initial terms of office. The terms of office will begin on the first Monday of the month following their appointment by the Chairman of the County Board with the advice and consent of the County Board.
