The MCETSB shall consist of not more than five members, who shall be appointed by the Chairperson of the County Board, with the advice and consent of the County Board. Said members of MCETSB may consist of a County Board member, three members representing 911 public safety agencies in the county (including but not limited to police, ambulance, fire, and ESDA agencies), and one at-large member, to be appointed on the basis of their ability or experience and shall be representative of both the rural and the urban areas located within the county.
