§ 91.20  ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   An Emergency Telephone System Board is hereby established in accordance with statute and shall be known as the Macoupin County Emergency Telephone System Board (MCETSB).
   (B)   The MCETSB is not part of, nor governed by the County Board. The MCETSB once appointed by the County Board operates independently of the County Board.
