§ 90.77  REVOCATION OF MULTIPLE PET LICENSE.
   (A)   Upon conviction of a second violation of the requirements pursuant to this chapter, the Administrator shall revoke the multiple pet license for a period of not less than three months not more than five years, the length of the revocation period to be determined by the number and severity of the violations. After expiration of the revocation period, the license shall not be automatically reinstated. The former licensee must reapply for the license and show an ability to conform to the existing ordinances before he or she may be issued a multiple pet license.
   (B)   Upon revocation of the license, the owner shall relinquish ownership of his or her animals to the Administrator.
