(A) No person shall:
(1) Allow the body, or any part thereof, of any dead animal to decompose and putrefy by remaining on his or her property; or
(2) Skin, dismember, butcher, dress or exhibit any dead animal in view of the public in areas of the county which have been subdivided for residential purposes.
(B) The owner of an animal shall be responsible for the immediate disposal of such animal’s remains on its death from whatever cause and regardless of the location of such animal’s remains.
