The County Board establishes the following fee and penalty schedule:

City Pick-Up Fees the same as above plus mileage allowed by I.R.S. | |

Reclaim fee | $50 with proof of rabies $75 without proof of rabies |
**If not vaccinated, owner has seven days to comply or the animal will be picked up. | |
Second offense | $75 with proof of shots $100 without proof of shots |
Rabies testing fee | $25 |
Non-registration penalty | $25 |
Trap rental Refundable deposit on trap | $5 per day $50 |
Euthanasia for city | $20 |
