(A) The county accepts a section of a road as part of the county highway road system as follows: County Highway 58, beginning at the curve at old Illinois Route 4 at the northwest corner of Section 21, Town 12 North, Range 6 West of the Third Principal Meridian, and running east three miles along the Virden-Girard Township line to the “T” Road intersection at the northeast corner of Section 23, Township 8 North, Range 6 West of the Third Principal Meridian.
(B) FAS Route 732 changes.
(1) Accepting new highway FAS Route 732, beginning at the intersection of the east edge of pavement of Route 4 and South Street in Girard, proceeding easterly for 1.885 miles, as part of the county highway system.
(2) Upon completion and opening of the County Highway 12, FAS Route 732, the existing portion of present County Highway 12 shall be removed from the county system and shall become part of the Girard Township road system.
(C) Accepting maintenance responsibilities for a section of County Highway 11 known as W-15-D, which begins at IL Route 4 and extends westerly for 3.26 miles.
(D) Providing for the deletion of County Highway No. 60 from IL Route 4 to TR 205. The above location is transferred to the Carlinville township highway system.
(E) Jurisdiction of Union Chapel Road (C.H. 35) from Emmerson Airline (C.H. 12) on the south end to Hays Road (T.R. 77B) on the north end is transferred from the county to North Otter Township.
(F) The county accepts jurisdiction and maintenance of Structure Number 059-0032 (structure length of 63.0 feet) located on Old Illinois 4 (SBI 4G) from Mile Station 0.90 to 0.91, in its entirety.
