(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and shall be fined a sum of not less than $ 100.
(B) Each day’s violation constitutes a separate offense. The State’s Attorney of the county shall bring such actions in the name of the people of the state or may bring action for an injunction to restrain such violation or to enjoin the operation of any such establishment causing such violation. All monies collected from fines under this chapter shall be deposited to the County Health Department Fund.
