§ 50.13  LICENSING OF WELL DRILLERS AND PUMP INSTALLERS.
   All individuals who construct water wells and install (or repair) well pumps, (including licensed plumbers) shall be licensed with the State Department of Public Health in accordance with the Water Well Pump Installation Contractor's License Act, 225 ILCS 345/1.
