The property owners of all water supplies serving other than an owner-occupied single-family dwelling shall register the location and type of supply, and the location of residences served with the County Health Department on such forms as shall be furnished by the Department. If the owner is a firm, corporation, partnership, and the like, the owner shall appoint a person to be in charge of the maintenance of the water supply, and his or her name shall be registered with the County Health Department. Any change shall be promptly reported by the owner to the County Health Department. All non-community water supplies will be tested annually by the County Health Department at a charge of $30 per test, or as required by the Illinois Department of Public Health Drinking Water Systems Code (Ill. Adm. Code 900).
