§ 53.12 HOLDING TANKS.
   (A)   Holding tank shall be approved according to the Illinois Department of Public Health’s Private Sewage Disposal Code.
   (B)   Holding tanks shall include an audio and visual high level alarm, and shall be installed and maintained.
