§ 153.03 PROHIBITION.
   No WECS Project, WECS or substation governed by this chapter shall be constructed, erected, installed, or located within the county, unless prior siting approval has been obtained for each individual WECS Project, WECS and substation or for a group of WECS Projects and substations under a joint siting application pursuant to this chapter.
