§ 32.07 SINGLE BIDDER TAX RULE.
   (A)   The Treasurer’s office has requested approval to implement the single bidder tax rule beginning with the November 2022 tax sale.
   (B)   The implementation of the single bidder rule will reduce the workload on the Macon County Treasurer’s office and County Clerk’s office while providing a fair process for tax buyers.
   (C)   The county hereby approves the Macon County Tax Sale Single Bidder Rule as set forth in 35 ILCS 200/21-205.
