The Health Authority may seek administrative or judicial remedy to achieve compliance with the provisions of this chapter if a person operating a food establishment or employee:
(A) Fails to obtain or have a valid permit to operate a food establishment;
(B) Violates any term or condition of a permit;
(C) Allows a priority item violation, or a priority foundation item violation, or a repeat violation to remain uncorrected beyond the timeframes for correction that were approved, directed, or ordered by the Health Authority;
(D) Fails to comply with a Health Authority order concerning an employee suspected of having a disease transmissible through food by infected persons;
(E) Fails to comply with a hold order;
(F) Fails to comply with an order issued because of a hearing for an administrative remedy; or
(G) Fails to comply with a summary suspension order issued by the Health Authority.
