§ 116.44 INSPECTION REPORT.
   (A)   Whenever an inspection of a mobile food unit is conducted to determine compliance with the chapter, the findings shall be recorded on the inspection report form provided by the Health Authority.
   (B)   The inspection report form shall constitute a legal notice of violations of this chapter.
   (C)   One copy of the inspection report shall be furnished to the operator or person in charge of the food establishment and a copy of the inspection report will be available in the food establishment's file at the Health Authority.
   (D)   The inspection report is a public document, subject to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 et seq.).
