§ 116.41 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Health Authority shall have the right to enter any mobile food unit at any reasonable time for the purpose of conducting inspections to determine compliance with this chapter and the Macon County Food Sanitation Ordinance. The Health Authority shall properly identify themselves prior to initiating an inspection.
