(A) At a minimum, the Health Authority shall inspect each mobile food unit within the jurisdiction of the Macon County Health Department as determined in 77 Ill. Admin. Code 615.310.
(B) All categories and types of mobile food unit shall be inspected as many times as the Health Authority deems necessary.
(C) Nothing in this section shall prohibit the Health Authority from conducting investigations or inspections of a special or emergency nature, or routine inspections, at the request of Illinois Department of Public Health.
