Prior to the issuance or reinstatement of a permit to operate, every mobile food unit shall be inspected by or obtain approval from the Health Authority before beginning or resuming operations in order to determine compliance with approved plans, specifications, corrective actions, and the requirements of this chapter and the Macon County Food Sanitation Ordinance.
