§ 97.04 STORAGE; SALE; DISPLAY OF FIREWORKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to store, to offer for sale, expose for sale or sell at retail, or use or explode any fireworks, except as provided in the rules and regulations issued by the fire official for the granting of permits for supervised public displays of fireworks by the jurisdiction, fair associations, amusement parks and other organizations.
   (B)   Every such display shall be handled by a competent operator approved by the fire official and Fire Department of the jurisdiction and shall be of such a character and so located, discharged or fired as in the opinion of the fire official, after proper inspection, shall not be hazardous to property or endanger any person.
