Whereas the regulations and technical requirements of the State Environmental Protection Agency have been met for the establishment of setback zones for the following community water supply wells; and whereas the Agency has reviewed and confirmed the application, and authorized the county to officially establish setback zones for these wells; therefore, setback zones are hereby established for community water supply wells in the county as follows:
(A) Village of Blue Mound: Minimum and maximum setback zones are hereby established for the community water supply wells of the Village of Blue Mound, as shown/described in Appendix A to this chapter.
(B) City of Macon: Minimum and maximum setback zones are hereby established for the community water supply wells of the City of Macon, as shown/described in Appendix A to this chapter.
(C) Long Creek Township: Minimum and maximum setback zones are hereby established for the community water supply wells of Long Creek Township, as shown/described in Appendix A to this chapter.
