§ 96.26 REVOCATION OF MULTIPLE-PET LICENSE.
   (A)   Upon conviction of a violation of the Animal Control or Humane Care for Animals Act, the Administrator shall revoke the multiple-pet license for a period of not more than five years, the length of the revocation period to be determined by the number and severity of the violations. After expiration of the revocation period, the license shall not be automatically reinstated. The former licensee must reapply for the license and show an ability to conform to the existing ordinances before he or she may be issued a multiple-pet license and must submit to yearly inspections.
   (B)   Upon revocation of the license, the owner shall relinquish ownership of his/her animals to the Administrator.
