§ 96.23 ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENT OR DISEASE TO ANY DOG OR CAT.
   The Administrator, manager, Animal Control Wardens or anyone enforcing the provisions of this chapter shall not be held responsible for any accident or disease that may happen to any dog or cat.
