If the person in charge refuses to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of an inspection report, the Health Authority shall inform the person who declines to sign the acknowledgment that:
(A) Acknowledgment of receipt does not indicate agreement with the inspection findings;
(B) Refusal to sign an acknowledgement of receipt will not affect the permit holder's obligation to correct the violation(s) noted in the inspection report within the timeframes specified; and
(C) A refusal to sign an acknowledgement of receipt will be noted on the inspection report.
