Pursuant to the Counties Code, 55 ILCS 5/5-1115, the Macon County Board of Health shall establish fees and amounts that are reasonable and necessary to provide the services and required activities of the Health Department in enforcing this chapter. A fee schedule shall be forwarded to the County Board for approval and may not be increased without the approval of the County Board.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
