§ 94.08 ENFORCEMENT.
   Enforcement of this chapter shall be performed by the County Sheriff’s Office and any and all complaints of violations of this chapter shall be directed to them. The County State’s Attorney’s Office shall be authorized to prosecute any violations of this chapter.
