§ 94.05 MEASUREMENT; WEIGHTED SOUND LEVEL.
   Measurement of sound for the purposes of this chapter shall be obtained using a device that utilizes the proper frequency sound weighting. Weighted sound level is the sound pressure level decibels as measured on a sound level meter using the A weighing network. The level so read is designed dB(A) or dBA.
