For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AGENCY. The Illinios Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA).
COUNTY. Macon County, Illinois.
SOLID WASTE. Includes demolition materials, food and industrial processing waste, garden trash, land cleaning wastes, mixed refuse, non-combustible refuse, rubbish and trash, as those terms are defined in §§ 3.01 through 3.06 of the Solid Waste Disposal District Act (70 ILCS 31.05/3.01 et seq.).
SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITY. Any facility in which solid waste is disposed.
STATE. The State of Illinois.
