§ 91.50 WHEN DISEASE TRANSMISSION IS SUSPECTED.
   When the Health Authority has reasonable cause to suspect a possibility of disease transmission from any food establishment employee, it shall secure a morbidity history of the suspected employee or make any other inspection or investigation as may be necessary, and take appropriate action. The Health Authority may require any or all of the following measures:
   (A)   Immediate exclusion of the employee from the food establishment;
   (B)   Immediate closure of the food establishment concerned until in the opinion of the Health Authority, no further danger of disease outbreak exists;
   (C)   Restriction of employee's services to some area of the food establishment where there will be no danger of transmitting disease; or
   (D)   Adequate medical and laboratory examinations of the employee(s) and of his/her/their bodily discharges.
