(A) The county establishes a program as set forth in 625 ILCS 5/15-301 et seq. for the issuance of oversize/overweight permits for vehicles on the county highway system.
(B) The following fee schedules be approved and shall be collected by the County Highway Department for each oversize/overweight movement permit issued, said fee to cover the administrative costs of processing the permit and for the continued maintenance of the county highway system of roads and bridges.

(C) Any specialized bridge structural evaluation necessary for a permit move shall be performed by a licensed structural engineer licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, and any cost to perform the evaluation shall be the responsibility of the applicant.
(D) This program shall be administered by the County Engineer and the fees collected shall be deposited in the County Highway Fund.
