(A) Whenever the County Health Department finds that an emergency regarding a violation of this subchapter exists, which requires immediate action to protect public health, it may without any administrative procedure and without notice or hearing bring action for temporary injunction to require that such action be taken as the court may deem necessary to meet the emergency.
(B) Notwithstanding any other provision of this subchapter, such order shall be effective immediately. Such action will be brought to the attention of the State’s Attorney of Macon County.
(C) When the emergency conditions are abated, the Department may request that the temporary injunction be cancelled.
