(A) All closed loop well system installations within the boundaries of Macon County, Illinois are subject to the rules and regulations set forth by this subchapter and the Illinois Department of Public Health Water Well Construction Code (77 Illinois Administrative Code, Part 920). This subchapter is enacted to establish standards to protect the health, safety, and general welfare of the people of Macon County.
(B) In addition to those provisions set forth herein, this subchapter hereby adopts by reference the current edition and any and all subsequent revisions of the Illinois Department of Water Well Construction Code.
