§ 154.205 CHANGE TO MORE RESTRICTED USE DISTRICT.
   Whenever property is subdivided with the intention that it shall have a more restricted use than that designated on the zoning plan, the subdivider shall petition for rezoning to the proper classification as in conformance with the county zoning ordinance.
