The subdivider shall submit the following to the Committee:
(A) The final plat of the addition which shall be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds;
(B) Paper copy of final plat or map;
(C) Electronic file of the final plat or map in the format specified by the County Engineer;
(D) Certificate from the County Engineer setting forth the grading, paving, sewer, or culvert requirements; certificate of approval of drainage from Township Highway Commissioner of the township in which the proposed plat or subdivision is to be located;
(E) Receipt from the County Clerk for deposit covering cost of grading, paving, sewers, and culverts; and
(F) Receipt from the County Clerk for filing fee.
