These fees are applicable only towards the review of the plat for a specific site; the applicability of these fees is conditional upon there being no major changes in concept or design of the subdivision initiated by the developer/subdivider. Major changes in the concept or design of the subdivision, initiated by the developer/subdivider will require another fee to be paid; specific changes initiated by the reviewing authority shall not be deemed to require another fee to be paid.
