Upon the filing of any plat with the Committee, there shall be attached receipt from the County Clerk showing all fees have been paid as specified on the following fee schedule:

2) Standard, single-family residential subdivision | 6 to 10 lots - $500 plus $25 per lot |
11 or more lots- $750 plus $25 per lot | |
3) Multi-family residential subdivision | $200 plus $10 per lot |
4) Commercial and/or industrial subdivision | $200 plus $10 per acre, or fraction thereof |
Final Plat | Fee |
1) Residential subdivision | $20 plus $1 per lot |
2) Commercial and/or industrial subdivision | $20 plus $1 per acre, or fraction thereof |
