§ 154.141 REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER TO PERFORM INSPECTION.
   The subdivider shall secure a competent inspector, approved by the County Engineer, and employed by and under the direction of the subdivider’s registered engineer to perform construction observation during the duration of the project. All documentation shall be submitted to the county when the project is complete for final approval. After the subdivider’s registered engineer has certified the completion of the roads per the requirements listed herein, the County Engineer shall inspect the roads to ensure the new development was constructed per the requirements listed herein. Thereupon, the County Engineer shall submit a written report to the Township Commissioner, stating whether or not the roads are complete and ready for acceptance by the township.
