§ 154.127 BONDS.
   If the improvements as aforesaid have been made, the subdivider shall give immediate notice to the Committee of the Board who shall give notice in writing, by registered mail, to the subdivider, to the County Engineer and to the Township Road Commissioner in which the improvements are made, of a hearing at least ten days in the future, the hearing for the purpose of determining whether or not the County Engineer and the Township Road Commissioner of aforesaid have accepted the roadways as being made and improved in the manner specified by the rules and regulations of this Board for that purpose and by the County Engineer and the Township Road Commissioner as aforesaid. If the roadways have been so accepted, and the improvements have been made as aforesaid, then the Committee of this Board shall recommend to the County Board, at its next regular or special meeting that the bond or bonds be canceled.
